Anglers can expect a mixture of species, including carp, bream, roach and perch, with fish sizes ranging from small catches for beginners up to trophy-size specimens.

Whether you’re visiting for a short day trip, a full week or a seasonal stay our lakes offer the perfect blend of tranquillity, challenge and enjoyment for all fishing enthusiasts.

FOLLOW THE RULES

To ensure a safe, fair and enjoyable experience for all, we ask all anglers to follow our fishing rules. These rules protect our lakes, the fish and everyone on site.

General Rules

🎣 Fishing is for residents only; visitor fishing is allowed by prior arrangement.
 

📝 All anglers must hold a valid Environment Agency Licence.
 

⏰ Fishing hours: 07:30 for residents, 08:30 for visitors, finishing at dusk.
 

🌙 Night fishing is not permitted.
 

🛟 Use un-hooking mats and landing nets, rinsed before use.
 

💧 All nets must be dipped and rinsed before fishing any lakes to prevent disease.
 

❌ Keep nets are not permitted; all fish must be returned immediately.
 

🎣 Anglers may use a maximum of 2 rods, which must be attended at all times.
 

🧹 All fishing equipment must be removed at the end of the day (except behind lakeside pitches).
 

🚫 Prohibited baits: artificial baits, dog biscuits, nuts, groundbait over 1kg.
 

⚠️ Prohibited methods: braided main line, fixed feeders, barbed hooks, spodding, bait boats.
 

🚨 Non-compliance may result in being asked to leave the park immediately.
